We fully stand
behind the merchandise we sell. If you are unhappy with an
item for any reason, please call Customer Service for a
Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase. Returns
must be in their original packaging and condition in order
to receive a full refund. Our house brand, Universal,
carries a one year satisfaction guarantee.
Claims for shortages must be
made within 48 hours after receipt of shipment.
Special order (non-catalog)
items are not returnable except in the event of damage or
